"That was our visit this month in Toluca. The coffee was phenomenal and service very attentive and friendly. We tried everything in the menu. The waffles were excellent and coffee very fresh and rich. I loved the Europeo Rich is an American with an extra shot of espresso. The restaurant is very clean, including the bathroom.
