The place is ok, just like any other franchise place; however the clerk's were just chit chatting and failing to take orders accurately. This lady who took my order had to ask at least 3 times what was I getting, and in the end messed up when delivering bread pieces. I'd understand if they were managing a drive thru or if the place was crowded, but this was not the case... Customer service here was plain bad. View all feedback.
Nice, clean and delicious! The personal were so kind. Specially the guy who took my order, he defiantly seems like he was in training. But he was very confident. And I love tumblers and I finally got a really nice one. It defiantly looks that they all are a team!
Buena variedad de comidas, y un servicio excelente.
En mi opinión, las pizzas son una opción única que merece la pena probar, ya que no son las típicas pizzas que se preparan comúnmente en Toluca. Aunque el precio me parece justo, quizás un poco elevado, aún así vale la pena visitar el lugar. Recomiendo la planta alta si se quiere pasar un rato agradable, especialmente si se tiene niños pequeños. El servicio es excelente, aunque puede ser complicado encontrar estacionamiento.
Pizzas muy ricas, la promo que tienen del Martes al 2x1 está genial, aunque algunas no entran en esta promo.. En general todo ok! .
La pizza de chocolate muy bien, el resto mmmm más o menos
