Silver Birch Supper Club - Tomahawk

What J W likes about Silver Birch Supper Club:
The food was amazing! It is pricey, but it is a supper club. Our server was very nice and actually used her own cell phone to play music for us! I would recommend sitting outside what a wonderful view! Our drinks were wonderful as well. Great plating, cloth table cloths, and napkins. What Dean Krapf doesn't like about Silver Birch Supper Club:
I was really excited to get a recommendation to check out Silver Birch. Sadly I was let down. The cheese curds and duck ragoon were both very good. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly however lacked flavor. I shouldn't have to hit a steak with S&P from shakers after it's been cooked. The online menu showed scallops but they no longer serve them so I tried the shrimp. Tatsy but the texture suggested they were frozen... View all feedback.
