Service was excellent, food was delicious. We didn't wait long to receive any of our food. Decided to eat here on a whim and it was definitely a great choice! Will definitely be back. View all feedback.
What Mark Arce doesn't like about Gianna Italian Kitchen:
Waited 30 min for a table then another 20 at the table without being acknowledged. Ordered all our drinks appetizers and entrées at once since slow service. Still waited another 30 min for food to arrive and then food had no flavor what so ever, bland and tried to mask flavor with to much butter and marinara sauce. Personally will not be going back. Love this place! We come to special occasions and the owner is such a treasure! He'll come and see how you do. They treat you like family here. The food is amazing and if I had time, I would write a novel about how amazing it is, I would! I suggest making room for dessert and cappuccino. It's a great one after dinner.
I have dined here a dozen times; Service is consistent and friendly. Food is always reliable and consistent with traditional American Italian expectations. A popular local venue- great bar! Very recommended at local venues!
In my opinion, Italian food is very personal to like or reject the taste more than other cuisine. I put the trouble in the Marinara sauce. Usually I don't like tomato cubes in my sauce, but ate every last bite of my spaghetti and meatballs. For the dollar the value was good and the garlic bread for the tetic was wonderful. The waiting staff we had was great and the drinks were never half empty without refilling. I would recommend dinner here for some very good simple Italians, and after I had the basics and they did great, I would like to try some of their more difficult seafood pasta selections. You did a good job.
Really Italian. Excellent food with reasonable prices. Piano bar on weekends. Very pleasant. I recommend Gianni's.
Good food. We have visited for both lunch and dinner. For our lunch visit, it was two adults and two children. Be advised there is no children's menu. I opted to order one adult meal and split it between my two children. The enjoyed the food. The garlic rolls are fantastic and we were not disappointed with our entrees. However, upon receiving the bill, I was informed there was a fee for splitting the entree between my children. I think that is absurd, considering there is no child's menu. When I questioned the manager, he informed me that I could have ordered a smaller portion for them. (almost 75% of the price for less than 1/2 the entree). He was not very helpful, and did not offer to take the fee off. However, as stated, the food was excellent and the service from our waitress was great. For our dinner visit, my husband and I went for a date night. We were very pleased, again, with the food. Service was wonderful, wine selection was great, and we had a very pleasant evening. I would definitely recommend this as a date night option!
