What Earl Hickey doesn't like about Panera Bread:
This was my first time dining at a Panera Bread (unless it was catered through a job), and it was my first time attempting to dine in. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not kept clean. The floor was filthy with cockroaches running on it, and the fountain machines and counters were dirty as well.
