Someone recently asked me what I thought about Ribmaster's BBQ, a new place in Tomball. They've been open for a few months. I had to get out of the office a few minutes today to clear my head, so I made the long 7-minute drive to try it out. Let me tell you that this can be a new BBQ link for our area. But the Spivey family has long been in the BBQ business near Tyler (Whitehouse and Bullard are where you can find their other shops). Their recipes have been refined for decades and it shows. I tried the pork ribs, of course, when they are called ribmasters, you have to try first. They use a dry rub with a mixture of white and brown sugar. The smoking process (they only use well cured hickory) takes 3 4 hours and at low speed they smoke, caramelize the sugar a little, but do not burn. The result is a really nice sweet and slightly spicy bark falling on the bone delicate ribs. The taste is really delicious. No sauce required. The pages are good. If you live somewhere near the tomball area, I would seriously recommend a try. Next time I have to try the bride and sausage.

Service was super I had a 2meat plate with ribbrise potato salad and green beans... Green beans were kick ass, ribs very tasteful ....both meat, where juicy and tender, but personally I like my brisket with more spices.... fix that a little.........

We had our annual Summer company party this past weekend and decided to use Ribmasters. We ordered ribs, brisket, baked beans and macaroni and cheese. We arrived to pick up our order at the time they said they would have it ready and it was, they were also very polite/helpful. It was nicely packaged, which by the way they provided all the extras (onion,jalapenos, pickles etc) along with plenty of plates and plastic ware. The meal was a big hit, especially the ribs! I also received an unexpected call from the owner (which he had mentioned that he was out of town) and wanted to know how his team did as far as having the food ready and If I was satisfied with the food. Thank you Ribmasters for a job well done! I will definitely use you again for other events
