I love WalMart don't get me wrong but the idea of the self checkout sucks cause most of the time them self checkouts are always getting jammed somehow and alot of the older people prefer to have a live cashier check their items out and I include myself with them. the customer service was bad, went back to a product and the people were not at the return. waited for help, but with the time someone showed up that the return hours were over and they told me that I could come back another day instead of helping me. View all feedback.
