First time at Cathy's Ristorante. Extremely impressed. The food was delicious, the restaurant is deceiving from the outside. I couldn't believe how huge it was inside. Four large rooms and entertainment on the weekends, too. The portions were very large, I had the meatballs and ricotta with sauce for an appetizer followed by the house salad. The dressing was great. Had dinner at Cathy?s Italian restaurant Saturday night. Had Ahi tuna which was very good but the service was poor and extremely slow. After 20 minutes I had to flag down someone to open our bottle of wine. The restaurant was not crowded and there were plenty of staff wondering about in attentively. 2 hours-and 15 minutes for dinner.Food was very good but service not.The owner needs to do some training.
