07/24/2021: Take-out again for dinner: Excellent. We go to Chang Wang for take-out almost every week. Their food quality is consistently excellent! Counter service ALWAYS friendly. 11/10/2019: UPDATE. Ordered take-out again today and last week too. Food at Chang Wang is consistently good! I am glad to live near this restaurant. Well Done!!! Thank you. ed...........10/06/2018: This must be at least my 12th take-out from Chang Wang. Finished dinner a while ago and EVERY dish was great. I think Chang Wang has got to be the best take-out in the Toms River area. We've tried others and its once forget it. Great Job Chang Wang!.

The food here is great and the people who work here are always so polite. I command many things from here, but the roasted duck must be my favorite!
