Firstly, lovely staff, lovely coffee, but very pricey for what you get. Very low quality sausages, bread and butter is actually bread and margarine. Two breakfasts, two coffees, £21! If this was quality food I wouldn’t mind the price. It wasn’t. View all feedback.

"Very poor. Had chicken tikka curry, texture weird, taste not good, naan bread cold, soft and rubbery with no taste again. Sauce watery, not thick as described. I did read reviews first, so was not expecting such low quality food. Perhaps was a bad night. Only way is try for yourself as my review is far below their average score somehow! But i will not be ordering again."

"Another excellent meal at Tonbridge’s finest curry restaurant. Don’t be surprised if you leave Gurkha Planet nodding with a big smile on your face. The food is truly excellent. There’s an authentic Nepalese theme, but a few curry favourites with a twist (Salmon Tikka Masala for example). There’s an excellent beer alongside the staple Cobra, simply called Gurkha Beer, and it’s superior in every way to its better known cousin. Add friendly service and a reasonable price and you’ve got yourself a genuinely lovely little place to eat. Get yourself to Gurkha!"
