Brought a bottle of Prosecco, took a mouthful and there was bits of floating cork in it. Half of the cork discovered in the bottle, spoke to the manager which sounded intoxicated and told me that unless I choked on it there was nothing that could be done about it. Awful customer service, don’t go here unless you want to drink tree bark. 0/10. read more.
