Yummy halloumi salad, in this pleasant and friendly cafe. Always lovely food here, and everything is clean and well presented. Toilets are spotless as ever.

"I came here with my girlfriend and it is such a lovely cafe, it’s just off the high street so it’s so nice and peaceful. The food is amazing and the drinks are so tasty. Would highly recommend!"

"You can be sure of a warm welcome from the friendly staff and a decent meal at a fair price with plenty of options. The cafe is clean and bright with outside seating on the pavement out front and in the back. If you are a regular they will remember you and your usual order. A typical breakfast with drink and a slice of bread and butter or toast will cost between £5 and £7. You pay cash at the counter and the food is brought out to you as soon as it's ready. It always arrived cooked to perfection. The cafe is popular and can get quite busy but takeout is available. Parking is available in the bay outside, across the road or round the corner. I usually have the Medium Set Breakfast of egg, fried bread, bacon, sausage and beans, with a cup of tea and a slice of buttered bread. Sometimes I add black pudding and/or fried mushrooms. The Large set loses the fried bread but comes with bubble and squeak and you can swap out items, like having tomatoes instead of beans."

"Another fabulous cheese and onion toastie the best toastie in town! If you go for breakfast I really recommend the veggie breakfast (and I’m a meat eater! Staff were very friendly and helpful."
