Whakapapa is a great place for both tourists, skiers and snowboarders to visit. Amazing views. Happy Valley is a great place for beginners to learn how to ski/snowboard. Cafe at the top of the Gondola is a great place to eat lunch with the family and enjoy the lovely view of the pinnacles and down the mountain.
