"Impressive experience that this restaurant we chose quickly by default, from noon to 1:30pm, seeing the 19€ of the flat menu. We expected a bistro meal without pretention. Not at all. The kitchen was fine and refined, tastes marked and present, mastered techniques and a chiady presentation. We went out bluffed, the meal was sublimated by a raw 1st chablis which amplified the experience (and the addition), the service was impeccable. Really we recommend."

"We made a stop in the charming village of ligny the chatel. the weather was not conducive to a picnic we went to lunch at the Bief Inn.We opted for the base menu at 20 euros and we were entitled to an irreproachable service. The owner is very welcoming and we were able to converse with her."

"A bunch of local tradies left just as we arrived. I figured it was a good sign to have locals eat here. We didnt want anything grand - just a cheap and cheerful breakfast. Coffee was hot, croissants fresh. What more could you ask for?"
