"This eurpean style resturant serves first class from an extensive menu. Our meals, grilled salmon and the duck were perfect. The portions are very generous and the service was very welcoming and friendly. You need to book in advance and for some menu items with...a long preparation time you shoild order when you book. Make trip to this gem you will not be disappointed."

"A must place to call into if passing by. Look for the big green and Gold signage saying 'Bakers Hill Pie Shop ' on the left hand side if heading away from Perth lovely friendly staff. Inside seating with 7 tables, 5 of them with 4 chairs and the remaining 2 with 2-3 chairs. There is also outdoor picnic table seating under cover however in winter it can still get wet. Wide variety of different pies including a breakfast bacon and egg pie. Lots of fillings inside all the different pies I 've had. Apart from pies they also do pastries, sweet treats all baked daily, plus tea, barrista coffee included lactose free milk. Also large glass fridges full of different drinks."

"If they have a look through my previous reviews, they see that I like to stop at land pubs and the freemasons hotel in toodyay is one of the better. I chose a standard pig tea a steakburger and chips and enjoyed what turned out to be a rather decent cut of steak that was perfectly cooked. the rest of the burger was exactly what they would expect from this type of event location and the chips were excellent. the inner bar is a bit dark and tired, but sitting outside was very pleasant. I'll be back on my next trip through toodyay."
