Sped up an ice cream cake today for me by about 3 hrs, because I asked and because the woman working was super cool and nice enough to help me out. She didn't need to. It was my mistake. What vicki nash doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
Every time I order a cake ahead, at least 2 days, it's never ready. This is the 3rd time this has happened. The cakes are good but what's the point of scheduling a pick up time if they never decorate it until I get there. It's been paid for at the time it's ordered. I am going to pick it up. $70.00 for a cake. I wouldn't not get it. If I order from here again I will come an hour late and see if I have the same experi... View all feedback.
