"One of the best Thai restaurants I have been to in Australia, and I have been to a lot.The Duck Red Curry was flavourful and the duck was soft and delicious. Our Kra Pao was full of fresh basil and the sauce was just perfect.I will be visiting Smiling Thai on every visit to Towoomba!"

"So i went in just for a simple cup of coffee and piece of slice with a friend, and what i thought was going to be an easy process turned into a night mare.Whom i assume was the manager belittled a training staff member right as she was trying to work the till. The young girl apologised to me for taking her time and explained she was still training, and the boss was down right just rude to her and told her to just move, pushing her out of the way.Then our coffees took 15 minutes to get made, which doesn't sound like long, but we were the only ones in the cafe. The coffees sat on the bench for a while and were cold by the time we got them. The coffee was also burnt.then we were given the wrong slices and when we took them back up the lady whom i assume was the boss just huffed at us and ripped the plates from our hands.The workers there were lovely and kind in nature, but unfortunately the lady in charge just seemed very rude. I wanted so badly to love this place, as i had heard nothing but good reviews, but was sadly let down."

"I stay here due to wrk with my colleague Richard Hunt. This hotel is exceptional, rooms are very clean, bed very comfy after a long day.The staff are very friendly and always happy to help with any request.The restaurant, is beautifully decorated, the food is priced reasonable, however the food is exceptional.. Compliments to the chef n all staff involved..I would highly recommend this hotel..I will be returning..Congrats to all the staff, well done, keep up the great work."
