our order was right although a little done on the fish and huh, not bad enough to send back. we have experienced some dramaturgy with another customer who was not satisfied with their order. we didn't think that the manager treated the things very well. they didn't want to help the customer. we couldn't hear all the details, so I'll just say here. What User doesn't like about Long John Silver's:
27 minutes to get my order! the drive thru customers have priority. every 5-10 minutes the casser would say we cook their fish fresh. ten minutes later we cook their chicken strips fresh. ten minutes later, and after the chef comes out to take a limette and a conversation with the cashier, then it's we cook their hush weep fresh. So my 20-minute old fish sat back there while the journey thru order came and went all 4-5 minutes.
Our order was right, although a little over done on the fish and chicken, not bad enough to send back. However, we did witness some drama with another customer who was not happy with her order. We didn't think the manager handled things very well. They didn't seem to want to help the customer out. We couldn't hear all the details so that's all I'll say here.
I am the General Manager for this location. Come in and enjoy one of our many platters or meals to satisfy your fish craving. We have made our establishment more enjoyable, our staff is friendly and always ready to help you with your order. Lots have changed from years prior, so come in and give us a try! Current Management and staff is the Best that it has been in years and I have ate at this location since it was built. Now it would be nice if ownership would update the drive up and parking and spruce up the building.
Everything was PERFECT and the woman working the drive thru that resembles Kristen Wiig was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Happy St. Patrick's Day and always get extra puppies
Hello everyone. I am the new General Manager for Long John Silver's on Fairlawn Rd. I am very attentive to my customers experience, and have worked diligently with the crew in changing the atmosphere here. We have cleaned the restaurant up, replaced some of the old crew with new crew that is energetic who are customer oriented. The food comes out hot and fast, and each of out staff is now trained in taking care of the customer. If you haven't been to a Long John Silver's in awhile, and u have that itch for some fish, come to 2746 SW Fairlawn Rd and let us fix that itch for you.
