Lupita's Mexican - Topeka

Advisor Not gonna lie, I'm a friend of the Family. But this place is the Bomb. I've never had a bad meal here. The prices are reasonable and the quality is on point. I've always enjoyed my time and my meal. If you want some traditional Mexican cuisine, this is a great place for you.

Lupitas is an amazing family owned restaurant! They have been in operation for 20+ years and are still using the same authentic recipes and everything is delicious!! Excellent service and they make you feel like family! Check them out!!

This restaurant is fantastic! It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels very homey. I've really enjoyed my conversations with the owner, who is the son of the original proprietor. He shared a touching story about how he took over the restaurant to fulfill his mother's wish. I have a lot of respect for that. The food and ambiance are both excellent. It's places like this that truly enhance our city. Whether you're stopping in for lunch or grabbing something to go, my experiences here have always been wonderful.

We've dined at this restaurant multiple times, and there was only one instance of mediocre service, despite having the same waiter on previous visits who was excellent. Everyone has their off days. Fortunately, the manager stepped in and addressed the situation by offering us a discount on our meals. We really enjoy their barbecue and steaks, and although we don't drink often, we also appreciate their brews.

Absolutely amazing! Don’t be misled by the modest location and decor; this place is the real deal when it comes to authentic Mexican cuisine, accompanied by wonderful, friendly service. I've dined here numerous times, and the food is consistently fantastic and genuine. The fresh salsa is outstanding, and the homemade chips are a real treat. My personal favorites include the quesadillas and the soft chicken tacos. Topeka definitely needs more excellent restaurants like this!
