The first room we were given 320 did not have a working AC. We were moved down the floor to 315 after we returned from dinner. There was a minimal amount of towels in our room. There were no drinking cups available and the refrig was unplugged. We could tell by the decor that this was an older hotel and had not been updated in some time.
