Ordered cooked lobster to be picked up locally from the shop in Topsham. Specifically asked if there was a charge to steam and was told NO CHARGE. Husband picked up the order, he was charged an extra $10 $1 per lobster. Called the shop and was told We 've always charged to cook lobsters we have to pay for propane and water, so it 's not free. They cooked us some amazing 2lb soft shell lobsters for new years eve. Super clean crab meat. Not a single shell.

"First time going there, figured I would give it a try. Not a fan, they use water baths to heat the meat, gives it a boiled taste. Stood there for almost 10 minutes before I could place an order, there were 3 people there working. No one in line in front of me though. After I ordered took about 12 minutes to get my food, no bag for carry out just a cardboard container for the sub and some napkins on top. No personality from the staff at all, they all looked miserable and made for a real solemn visit. Not a fan, won't be back."

"The food is good, service is friendly. But they continuously mess up to go orders, even after reading back the order. Also, if you order after 730 dont expect fresh fries or wings, are dried out from the heat lamp. I wouldn't care if this was ten dollars but a dozen wings and fries is almost 28$ Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30"
