What Giovanna Iannello doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Out of baguette by 5pm offered to substitute different bread with soup so I went ahead and paid when I got my order they gave me chips and refused to give me bread. Staff got very aggressive and argumentative, manager simply said he would speak to his staff. No financial break offered for what we paid for. Restaurant was in shambles, garbage cans were over flowing as well as dishes. No napkins anywhere to be found. View all feedback.
Food was great. Had a very long wait for soup but was worth it.
