This is a superb restaurant in the middle of the wine country of the province of Teramo, in the town of Torano Nuovo.... It is quietly elegant inside and also has a few inviting tables outside. The food is excellent (many of the ingredients are grown and/or made by the chef and family) and the prices are quite reasonable. The owner and his family are charming and very helpful.
