I had visited and heard the restaurant service many times, except in the last two years and had always been very good, but on this occasion it was not so that we asked for chochinillo or bleach were disappointed. Very disappointing for a Parador. Good tapita and a good wine list and one good dish a delicious cream Catalana. But the Albondigas (meatballs) were too fatty and rich and not a vegetable in sight.
