Went in for a Coffee late afternoon. Was served by an incredibly helpful staff member named Sian. She went above and beyond to make a coffee extra hot (whilst also helping other team members learn) we stayed longer for some toasties and was treated with an excellent service from her. Absolutely awful, only 2 people in front of me in the queue but the service was incredibly slow. Had 2 takeaway hot chocolates which I couldn't even describe as luke warm, upon tipping them out there were huge clumps of undisolved powder in the bottom. Would definitely not recommend you go there. I've had to give it 1 star as you have to select something, but it's 0 stars from me. read more.
