Outward appearance does not promote the delicious food e.g. fish in homemade batter at £7.50. Very friendly staff and locals. Also does B B and although we were not staying if the food is indicative I am sure that standards would be high and value for money. Since Covid Tourists tend to stay in Abergavenny thereby missing a atmospheric slice of Welsh history and culture. read more.

The Queen's food is great on a budget and has big portions. The pub itself is a bit basic but this is fine for the price you pay. They do Sunday lunches too but I have only had the bar food menu which was nice. read more.
