What kieronrita doesn't like about Benecosi Rock Burger Cafe:
We had to wait 40 minutes after ordering to get our food, and only then after having complained. When paying the bill, the heavily tattooed and pierced lady at the bar repeatedly refused to believe that customers who came after us had been served before us. She said she'd be happy if we never came back. Disgraceful. What's the point of giving out a customer satisfaction form when you treat people like that? The worst... View all feedback. The burgers were really excellent, delicious, But it took more than 45 minutes to serve us the food, according to them because there was a communication problem with the order tablets and the kitchen. When paying we asked for the ticket before putting the credit card through the computer and the waitress was offended and answered a little badly. View all feedback.
