This is a restaurant where you can choose your meat by seeing. Then you have to say how you would like your meat to be cooked. This is quite a nice idea, to see the meat that you would like to eat. I haven't given 5 stars just because nobody explained us how it works in the restaurant. Basically it is quite like self service.
