What She Philosophy doesn't like about Kyoto:
I came in hoping to have a relaxed sit down lunch but after they told me to sit down they told me I could only order it to go. I assumed it was the hours of operation, but the hours were listed as 12-3 6-11. I was there at 12:08. It was strange and a bit uncomfortable. But the staff was pretty friendly and the food was worth it. View all feedback.
