What Aliyah Beahan doesn't like about Anestis Taverna:
It's the last day of the Taste of Danforth. We had a lot of options to choose a variety of restaurants and street food. We though Anestis would be a nice place to rest and check. Unfortunately and very disappointing, the sandwiches we order Lamb on pita was horrible. It didn't taste good and right. Family of six wandered in on a Saturday night, sans reservation. Friendly and warm reception, and we were seated quickly on the upper level. Several separate dining sections to accommodate families, couples, large groups -yet the atmosphere and friendly, professional service makes you feel right...at home. Lots of tasty shared plates, and individual plates were all a hit. Good selection of Greek wines. View all feedback.
