I ordered vegetable Bibimbap today at this downtown spot. It was a late lunch and the place was empty. Service was fast and very pleasant. The Bibimbap was accompanied by miso soup (only ok and no tofu) and salad had a weird dressing. The egg in the Bibimbap was totally overcooked and dark brown - black on the underside.
