We were looking for a place that was nearby and had paella Bloom was the closest to us so we decided to try it out. We were not disappointed! The paella was amazing, the seafood, rice and meat were all cooked to perfection. Rice was not mushy (most places we've tried were like this) and the seafood was not overcooked.
