I live 2 blocks away and have been coming frequently over the past year. It's an underrated place on the beer geek scene that has some great craft taps that are slowly pushing out the macro taps.Vibe is loud and sports bar like, but mostly retro music playing so easy to get comfortable quick.Walking access access to tons of hotels in the area.Staff is great (I always go to the bar), and some really know their beer an... What User doesn't like about Duke's Refresher + Bar:
Not a bad place, but not a jaw-droppingly-amazing place either. Lots of beer, and wine menu was limited. Was disappointed with the small menu! Would have liked more choice but when the food came it was awesome, so maybe they focus on a few things done well. Not as loud as other places, and really liked the long picnic-style seating!
