Contribute FeedbackJerico's, located in town, offers a disappointing experience for a couple looking forward to indulging in prime rib. Despite the friendly waitress and well-made drinks, the prime rib fell short in terms of portion size, flavor, and tenderness. Another guest, noted for being the main highlight of the meal, emphasized the prime rib but didn't find the rest of the dishes noteworthy. However, the other food options like the lamb and chicken dishes, the Tamarind beef, and Pirasky appetizers turned out to be delightful for another group of diners. The service at Jerico's received mixed reviews - some experienced slow service while others found the staff warm and welcoming. Overall, Jerico's may be worth a try for its prime rib but may leave customers divided due to the inconsistent experience. On the other hand, The Hungry Amoo, located on Ossington strip, impressed with its delicious food, unique dishes, and welcoming staff. With a mix of traditional brunch options and Persian influence, the restaurant provides a memorable dining experience. Visitors highly recommend trying the dishes at The Hungry Amoo, where the service is excellent and the ambiance is warm and inviting.
Eating was really tasteful and the young man who served us was very attentive.
A precious stone that unfortunately is not dressed, a Friday night crowd. eating was fabulous-middle east and excellent. service was great. all that was missing were more customers. highly recommended if they are really in eating, creative ethnic cuisine.
My daughter and I ate a lamb and a chicken dish, both of us enjoyed them thoroughly, but my husband ate an aubergine dish, that was a vegetarian option and really 't liked it. tamarind bark and peer for appetizers were delicious. this place is a certain yes for my daughter and I, but unfortunately we will return without my man who claims we can't pay him to eat here. we were a family divided after eating here!
We visited Hungry Amoo during Summerlicious and were extremely pleased with our experience. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the ambiance was pleasant. We also tried their weekend brunch and were impressed with the menu and the quality of the food.
Overall food was good, service was awful. Had reservations and got seated very quickly, only 4 tables(8 people) including us in the entire restaurant and we waited nearly 10 minutes for a glass of water and a cup of coffee, waitress did not seem organized and was paying more attention to her cell phone than she was to the guests. Did not check in often enough to refill our water/coffee. Food came in a reasonably timely manner and was delicious.
