We had reservation for 14 people for 11:45 am. we arrived at 11:43, the receptionist told us we had to wait, when we said we had a reservation she said we had to wait until 11;45 I showed her the time on my iphone it was 11:43 she said still you have to wait, go and sit and wait. she made us wait for a few more minutes then said now is 11;45 you can go in.
