What Winston Rodriguez doesn't like about Milagro Uptown Inc:
Sorry, this was really bad. I had a Cheese Enchilada and it wasn't even melted. The "refrito" beans were barely warm and the sauce tasted like it was out of a jar at best. The Tortilla Soup was not much better (or worse). The Flan was old, as well. Having just returned from Southern California and Arizona...I was deeply disappointed. When I miss being in Mexico and eating Mexican food this is the place I go to! Good food, funky atmosphere and great drinks! So head up to North Toronto or go to their Queen St. location and check it out! View all feedback.
