It was definitely neat to try and it was good, but it definitely wasn't traditional sushi and it left me ultimately unfulfilled haha, so I wouldn't order it again. My low mark is for the service. "The seat is a big one, but the food is delicious! We tried? bad for you? So? What? All three dishes are out. You are creative fusion courts I doubt that you can have them anywhere else! Offerings include preserved meats and preserved fruits (jams) of all types.Our meal started with an order of Mante (beef dumplings). It was served in a tomato sauce with yogurt and spices. It was a great way to start our meal. Other choices included the Papajoun and the Armenian Pizza, both suggested by Mirhan and both delicious.The Papajoun was a flatbread pizza with ground beef, spices, and a red pepper paste. We added some hot peppers. It was folded and toasted, giving it a nice texture. Yummy!The Armenian Pizza was topped with soujouk (an Armenian sausage), beef, onions, tomato sauce, and cheese.
