We really enjoyed the experience except it took forever to be served for bread. Our server said she would talk to the manager to see how we could be balanced, but nothing happened. Our meals were fantastic, but our steaks cooled very fast. Maybe heated plates are all right? The resto is spacious, with a beautiful underlaid decor and a really low noise level. We would return. What User doesn't like about Prime Grill:
All in all, it was good. I have no problem spending good money for food wine, but if you spend for something that is not better than good, it makes it hard to want back. Take advantage, you don't have to leave the hotel to find food. The bar looks positive with many choices inviting. Will not be back with the dining room, but definitely see that drinks in the bar sometime. View all feedback.
