Picked this place on OpenTable just based on it having a table for that evening. We had a really great meal - oysters followed by the wild boar pasta was delicious. My husband had crab cakes and then the jambalaya. Good cocktails, nice red wine and great service topped off by a cool vibe in the restaurant. Simple but tasty and would definitely go back. Across from the AGO; a good location for lunch or dinner.Lots of types of beer, and an interesting menu.Food was just OK however. Lacking real flavour, the beet salad was a bore with wilted greens and not enough cheese.Calamari was also mostly lacking any interesting flavour.Crostini was better. View all feedback.
We've always had excellent food here and they have lots of gluten-free options and are careful about preparing them.
Stopped in for lunch with a friendPlace is small, but cozy.
