What Sarah Masri doesn't like about Second Cup:
The service here is so weird. Sometimes it's okay, and there's one girl here in particular who's fantastic. I don't know her name, but she's short with long dark hair and she's always great. but this most recent time, we went an hour before close and the barista, who I've never seen before, had an air pod in one ear and treated us like we were annoying her or something. "I got these as a gift and they looked like they would be amazing. (Really appreciated the thought of this gift) but they were sooooo salty. ? "This was our first visit to this two year old establishment, and we will definitely return. The staff are all welcoming and attentive and knowledgeable. The food is carefully prepared, and delicious. Their in house made sourdough bread, butter, and even the ketchup taste fabulous. This is a great neighbourhood find, and although we are not from the immediate area, it was worth the drive for us. Sitting at the bar, we chatted with the delightful bartender. The noise level is not crazy, which we really appreciated, even though the restaurant was fairly busy."
