I'm sorry but this Starbucks is the most unprofessional under qualified coffeeshop in Toronto. There was no day when I got what I ordered. When you pay$ 7 for the coffee you expect to get a better quality of the drink and also service. Don't apply to all staff. There are a few folks who are being cool. View all feedback.

Washroom out of order, they did not give us any water when we asked with our order, not even sold us a bottle!

Terrible store.Poor customer service.Long waiting.Been there 5 times but every single time I had bad luck experience.
