I generally like Swiss Chalet in most locations because you know what you are getting and it is pretty consistent.

Swiss Chalet quality is not good any moreI had their food this in eveningChicken leg was raw and rice was hard like rubber.

Would expect the presentation to be a bit betterI order the chicken parm Sammy with Caesar salad and plate didn't seem full.

A reasonable wait time at their Take Out Counter.....but it unravels from here:The cash person (male) had his trendy bangs styled outside / over his hair net.Or...

I went in for the festive special, paid and sat on the bench. I pulled my phone out to look at it and they said my order was ready! They must have been waiting...
