Very busy, took a while to get everything. Got our poutine before cutlery. Was given a fork, had to ask for napkins. Had to wait for our drinks. Once the bill came, waiter told us only credit card or cash as the owners have an atm they want customers to use $3.50+ service charge. Offered to use my amex was told we cant.
