the main reason I wanted to try urban thai was because they offer here with opentable 1000 points, but when I went there, the staff had no idea how I checked my reservation on opentable and could not confirm my reservation at all. so I am very disappointed by the wrong advertising, but the food itself was great and the price was good, as it was buying a entree and getting another escape for free for Tuesday. the restaurant took our reservation and then when we went there. the place was closed for renovations. I was quite disappointed at this experience. we eat at a place above the road! View all feedback.
