What GH Iv doesn't like about Saigon Bistro:
Everything was great until we were paying. They charge a credit card fee their reason for that? Credit card processing company charges them, who doesn't pay those fees ? Even Amazon pay the fees, it's a poor decision by the ownership, they are not as busy as they used to, could that be the reason ? We are definitely going elsewhere next time we have PHO.
