Came here to try the toro which I've never had beforeMonstera has the Chu Toro which is a less fatty version of Otoro.
Ok, I'll keep it short and to the point- The sushi was expensive and awfullooked like the poor fish was cut with a plastic fork.

"We were staying at the Grand Melia Colon and had the pleasure to dine at El Burladero three evenings during our stay. We are from New York and are not very easy to impress with food but this restaurant surprised us like no other. It is hands down one of the best restaurants we’ve ever eaten at anywhere in the world. Everything we tried was amazing but we couldn’t get enough of the octopus and the calamari the most. The staff are also very kind, helpful, and accommodating. I am extremely happy that we got to experience El Burladero and now can’t wait to come back to Seville to be able to eat there again."

"We went here on our first night was a great way to start the holidays, service was great and food arrived promptly. can recommend the cod pancakes, the pork cheeks, peppers.the only negative comment i would have is the gyzos were not cooked, the filling...was and that was delicious but the wrapper was raw, which was a first for me and I've eaten them all over the world."
