"So..... First off the restaurant take CV19 precautions very seriously and make sure that as a customer you feel protected and comfortable. This includes a live disinfection of the table and cutlery. The menu is a triumph in itself, I didn't know what to choose.. the selection is top drawer. The fondue is not to be missed and my octopus melted in the mouth. Full of flavour and freshness. The service was outstanding and super attentive, I'm ashamed I didn't remember better the names of the gentlemen that looked after us but let's blame the wine and tawny port for that. It's one of the more expensive places I have enjoyed since my move to Portugal but still comparable with UK mid range eatery prices. The quality and service makes me feel I received excellent value. I'm heading back today for another meal, almost a week after my first visit this should tell you all you need to know!"

"Being a pilot, I'm attracted to small airports to see what's going on and at Santa Cruz airport I was pleased to find not only light airplanes in action but also a very decent restaurant, which is clearly popular with locals. The waitresses were friendly and efficient, although not speaking much English. Translating the menu with Google we had an enjoyable lunch of fried cuttefish."
