Better options than I thought would be available in Torrey, UT. I had a Quinoa salad bowl with black beans, sweet potatoes and avocado. Leave the dressing and put on my own olive oil and balsamic mixture, although they offer a vegan balsamico dressing. Vegane Tacos were also on the menu!
