Interesting place with an interesting history. Either way this is one of those dive bars that has that bluesy juke joint feel. The chicken sandwhich here is possibly one of the best in the city and I've heard the burger is the unofficial #1 best in the city as well. I'm never been comforted by stopping here but they have new people working here store was very clean and organized. And I was greeted by the cashier.
