This restaurant has the potential to be great, however if you are striving for excellence then it just needs to be more authentic. Ive never seen an egg in a quattro stagioni before. The starter was interesting, however I was expecting a bit more on the plate like some rocket just to compliment the italian meats, a shame that the slices were cut too thick they need to be thin delicate 'sotile '.
